  2010 was a busy year for our CiC as we threw ourselves into exciting new developments in our programmes and events. It was a year where we worked with over a 1000 young people and numerous partners.

• EVENT: The 2010 Urban & Hip Hop Games

  14th August 2010

  October 2010 saw the first ever Urban & Hip Hop Games as part of the NE GENERATION programme at The Sage Gateshead. Competitors, performers and spectators came from across the North East, with competitors travelling from as far as Scotland and Yorkshire for the Break Dance Competition & Jam. Other Gold medal events included the DJ Competition and the Skateboard Competition
